Onboarding with ERA Personnel
ERA Personnel uses Flare, a secure and compliant paperless onboarding platform, to induct and onboard new employees. Flare streamlines the process by enabling employees to complete induction forms online. It also provides employees access to exclusive perks and retail discounts and their Wellbeing Hub offers education, support, and tools for healthier, happier living.

Pre-employment screening, which includes training and inductions, is vital to ensure you are prepared for your role. ERA Personnel has partnered with WorkPro, an industry best practice web based employment screening tool to deliver our Work Health and Safety inductions and manage background checks.
How it Works
You will receive an email from Workpro to complete the required Work Health and Safety Online training modules before you commence your role. Once you have created a WorkPro profile and completed the online training, your results, certificates and information will be permanently and securely stored in the WorkPro database. If you have not yet received the WorkPro email, please contact us.
If you have completed WorkPro training with another employer, you can provide ERA Personnel with your Candidate Identification Number (CIN) and we can confirm you have completed the required training modules and your certificates have not expired.
