The safety of our employees is very important to us at ERA Personnel
Our WHS Policy demonstrates our commitment to the health, safety and welfare of our employees. ERA Personnel has partnered with WorkPro, an online employment screening platform to deliver our Work Health and Safety inductions and manage background checks. All of our employees are required to successfully complete our Work Health and Safety online induction prior to commencing any work or assignment.
WHS Monitoring Inspections
ERA Personnel undertake regular WHS Monitoring Inspections with our clients to ensure the safety of our on-hired employees in the workplace. The WHS Monitoring Inspection identifies any risks to our staff and actions required to resolve any issues that may arise.

Some questions asked during the WHS Monitoring Inspection include:
- Have our on-hired completed task specific training?
- Have their duties undergone a risk assessment?
- Have our staff completed additional training if their duties have changed?
- Are our staff provided with the necessary PPE to do their job?
- If there have been recent incidents, what controls have been put in place?
- How is management and supervision of our staff conducted to ensure safety requirements are being met?
We also consult with our employees to ensure they have no issues to raise and are happy with the safety training they were provided. A general work inspection of their work area is conducted and actions required submitted to the client.
