When you are placed on a temporary assignment with one of our client companies we are responsible for your pay. Your pay is processed every second Tuesday for the previous fortnight’s work and is dependent on us receiving correctly authorised Timesheets by 9.30am on the Tuesday following the week worked.
A bank transfer will appear in your bank account within 1-2 working days from transmission date on your payslip. Payslips are emailed for immediate access.
You will be taxed according to the Australian Taxation Department (ATO) guidelines. To be taxed at the appropriate rate, you must provide your Tax File Number and details when completing our induction through our online on-boarding platform (Flare HR). Your details will be submitted directly to the ATO.
If you are asked to complete a Tax File Number Declaration (TFN), you must return to us within 7 days of commencing employment through ERA Personnel so that you are taxed at the appropriate rate. If we do not receive your TFN declaration by the time your first pay is processed, you will be taxed at the highest marginal rate until your signed declaration is received.
