All of our staff are required to successfully complete our WHS Induction prior to commencing any work or assignment.
A critical element of our WHS procedures is the reporting of any Incident/Accidents to our offices as soon as possible after the event. Attached below is a copy of our Incident/Accident Report Form. Please pay careful attention to the information required as this is used to report injuries to our insurance provider, to enable quick access to rehabilitation services and claims management.
For staff on assignment at our clients premises, local Incident/Accident report forms can be used as long as the information we require on our form is provided.
