James co-founded ERA Personnel’s parent company ER & Associates Pty Limited in 2001. He has over 30 years senior management and executive experience in various roles with areas of responsibility including Information & Computing Technology, Transition and Service Migration Quality Management Systems, OHS&R and Strategic and Operational Planning, and, Human Resources and Recruitment. James holds a Masters in Business Administration; Bachelor of Science (Geography) and a Graduate Diploma in Environmental Studies.
James has overseen the development ERA Personnel’s recruitment activities. He has also delivered numerous management consulting and project management services, particularly to the Federal and NSW Government in the ICT and Resource Management sectors, with hands-on expertise in the areas of Project Recovery, Transition, Due Diligence, Management Systems Development, Strategic & Operational Business Planning, Customer Relationship Management, Organisational Design, Business Process Reengineering and Systems Development.
Peter has extensive management and consulting experience. He has operated at a senior level within the NSW public sector as well as managing a large commercial professional and technical services business. He has a well- established reputation in the Utilities and Environmental market sectors. He also held the position of President of the NSW Professional Officers Association for 8 years.
Peter has specific competencies in the areas of Business Management, Organisational Change Management, Strategic Planning, Community Interaction, Project Management, Management and Commercialization of R & D, Water Quality, Analytical Services, Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations and IT Strategy Development. He has published in some of these areas and has presented at both local and international conferences in his areas of competence.
Christine joined ERA Personnel in 2006 as a resourcing consultant. She has also held the position of Candidate Manager before taking on the role of Operations Manager in 2021.
Christine brings over 20 years of experience in the education sector and has held various teaching and management positions in both private and local government organisations. She has extensive experience with recruitment and personnel management having held roles with the direct responsibility for over 100 staff.
Now as the Operations Manager, Christine’s central focus is the operation of ERA Personnel’s procedures. She is the focal point the business and oversees the planning, performance improvement and operations strategy. Christine has a commitment for quality and valued customer service. Her goal is to provide a professional, responsive and positive association with ERA Personnel.
Rosie was engaged by ERA Personnel in 2007 as the Business Services Officer, managing the business and marketing functions of the company. Now as account manager, Rosie is focused on building and maintaining long-term, valuable relationships with our candidates and clients. Her aim is to provide a professional and reliable service to our customers and is driven by the highest standards of customer service, care and attention. As part of her role, Rosie also manages the WHS Monitoring Inspections, Staff Performance Reviews, Annual Staff and Customer Satisfaction Surveys, quarterly company Newsletter, Candidate Watch List and all the Sales and Marketing functions of the company.
Prior to joining ERA Personnel, Rosie was a marketing and business analyst with hands-on expertise in working in a variety of commercial operations within the Public Sector. She also worked as a consultant and project administrator within various private business consulting firms.
Monica has worked with ERA Personnel since August 2014 and assists with all of the administrative and accounting services of the company. Monica is our first point of contact for our employees and she is eager to assist them with any inquiries or information. She also assists with the effective management between ERA Personnel and its clients and its temporary staff placements.
Taylah joined ERA Personnel in 2021 to manage company’s Digital Marketing. She brings retail and media experience and will focus on expanding the company’s digital footprint and engagement with clients and candidates. She is an accomplished marketing and public relations graduate with strong skills and experience in the fields of marketing, public relations and communication.
