Our Directors bring a wealth of knowledge with over three decades of experience in high-level management and executive roles. These seasoned professionals excel in steering complex organisations through challenging landscapes. Their diverse expertise spans both public and private sectors, where they have held pivotal senior management and executive roles. Their collective proficiency encompasses a broad spectrum of industries, such as utilities, environmental science, information technology, human resources, and recruitment, ensuring a well-rounded and strategic approach to leadership.

Bringing over 20 years of experience in education and recruitment, Christine joined ERA Personnel in 2006 and took on the role of Operations Manager in 2021 after holding various positions. In her current role, Christine focuses centrally on executing ERA Personnel’s procedures as the operations focal point. She oversees planning, performance improvement, and operations strategy for the business. With a commitment to quality and customer service, Christine aspires to foster professional and responsive relationships for ERA Personnel.

Rosie joined ERA Personnel in 2007 as Business Services Officer, overseeing business and marketing operations. Now as Account Manager, she focuses on cultivating and maintaining valuable, long-term relationships with candidates and clients, aiming to deliver professional, reliable service with the highest standards of care and attention. Her role also includes managing WHS Monitoring Inspections, Staff Performance Reviews, Surveys, the company Newsletter, Candidate Watch List, and all Sales and Marketing functions. Before joining ERA, Rosie gained experience in the public sector and private consulting, enabling her to deliver excellent service and oversee key initiatives.

Monica has worked in administration and accounting at ERA Personnel since August 2014. As our first point of contact, she eagerly assists employees with inquiries and information. She also facilitates effective communication between ERA Personnel, its clients, and temporary staff.
